    •    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
    •    Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
    •    Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email.
    •    Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on destination.
    •    Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local carriers.
    •    Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
    •    International shipping is available worldwide unless otherwise stated.
    •    Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
    •    Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not refundable.
    •    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
    •    Shipping confirmation from the carrier is considered final proof of delivery.
