Due to international shipping from China and the nature of our products, all sales are final.

1. No Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
International return shipping is not supported.

2. No Refunds
Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect orders, or delayed delivery caused by customs or carriers.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or
- Store credit, or
- Partial or full refund (case by case)
    Non-refundable items include:
- Aroma diffusers and atmosphere devices
- Essential oils and fragrance products
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery                  

   4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation is not possible.

5. Shipping Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer agrees to our shipping and no-return policy.
